You will need a job number and password to access your investigations resources. If you haven't obtained one, please call our office on 1300 55 44 78* and we will set one up for you. You will be prompted for the job number and password in a new window. The system is case sensitive so please ensure you use a capital letter "S" or "F" when entering the job number.

More Than One Investigation: To preserve the confidentiality of each investigation you will need to log-in separately for each investigation you have commissioned. Monthly Summary Reports are provided to corporate clients who have commissioned multiple investigations to minimize this inconvenience.

We take your privacy very seriously. We will not share your investigation particulars or your email address with any other firm without your express written permission. We conform to the Australian SPAM Act 2003.

You can preserve your privacy by doing the following:

• Never write down your job number and password together
• Do not share your logon details for this website with anyone EVER
• Don't bookmark the site
• Empty your web browser cache (memory) after each visit by doing the following:

1. Close your web browser
2. Open it again.
3. Select Tools, then Internet Options from the menu
4. Select the Delete Files button, then the Delete Cookies button and then the Clear History button.

NOTE: Following these instructions will delete all your web browsing history not just this site.
