Surveillance

Observations are carried out by licensed investigators from a public place using a range of cameras, lenses and other accessories. Our field staff compile their reports on laptop computers and email their reports from the field on a daily basis.

Factual Investigations

Factual investigators interview claimants and witnesses and record their evidence on a laptop computer. They are also required to photograph / video the scene of an accident. The essential elements of our factual investigations are comprehensive field work and presentation of the facts in an impartial, succinct, detailed and easy to read report. We conduct factuals in workers compensation, CTP (motor vehicle accident personal injury claims), public liability, intellectual property and general insurance claims.

Undercover Investigations

Brosnans provides corporations with undercover investigators for those matters where there are problems in a workplace, such as theft of product, which cannot be resolved by normal enquiries.
