• • Understanding the National Privacy Principles – What you can and can’t do with information concerning employees and their activities in and out of the workplace – changes and new interpretations of the NPPs by the new Federal Government.

The workshops are stand alone modules and you can arrange for them to be conducted in your training room. They have been designed to encourage participant interaction, and include practical, real life examples.

• All Workers Compensation claims staff – essential for new staff and ideal as a refresher course for experienced staff.

• HR Management and Personnel who want to deal more effectively with conflict and disputes and resolve problems before they become unmanageable.
